Civil Safety Donates Defibrillator to Moranbah Netball Association

At Civil Safety, we are dedicated to enhancing safety in the communities we support. Recently, we made a meaningful contribution to the Moranbah Netball Association, a club we proudly sponsor, following a critical moment that emphasised the importance of being prepared for emergencies.

During a recent practice, an emergency highlighted the need for immediate access to a defibrillator. While the association was fortunate to have a defibrillator available at the time, it wasn't their own. This experience underscored the importance of having life-saving equipment on hand in all sports environments.

In response, we were honoured to donate a defibrillator to the club, ensuring they are now fully equipped to handle any future emergencies.

"As we worked on getting our new clubhouse up and running, we realised there were a few essential items we hadn't anticipated needing—until, of course, the moment we needed them," said Natalie Ramsdale from the Moranbah Netball Association. "During an emergency situation, we were fortunate to have access to a defibrillator, though it wasn't ours. Now, thanks to a generous donation from Civil Safety, the Moranbah Netball Association has our very own defibrillator. We would like to sincerely thank Civil Safety for their invaluable support and contribution."

We're proud to play a part in supporting the Moranbah Netball Association and ensuring their players and members are safe.
