Course Delivery and Duration

Unit/s and Certification

Students who are deemed competent will receive a Statement of Attainment recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. This certification is nationally recognised. The SOA is issued upon successful completion within 2 business days provided that all entry requirements have been met and course fees are paid in full.

Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, students must:

  • Provide a clear copy of their driver's licence or government-issued photo identification

  • Have current access to a workplace where mobile plant operations are conducted (e.g., mining, civil construction, or extractive industries site)

  • Have access to relevant workplace documentation required for supervision activities, such as risk assessments, work method statements, site plans, team meeting records, and emergency procedures

  • Be currently employed in, or have recent experience in, mining, civil construction, or extractive industries (essential)

  • Have basic computer literacy and regular internet access

To proceed with this course, students will require:

  • Sufficient level of language, literacy and numeracy is required for students to be able to complete the required assessments;
  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Our courses can be accessed on any device with an internet connection, making it accessible to anyone with basic computer skills;
  • USI - It is a condition of enrolment in any nationally recognised training (accredited) programme that you supply the registered training organisation with a valid unique student identifier (USI).
