This course is delivered 100% online, combining interactive theory modules with short assessments to test your knowledge as you progress. You’ll also have a dedicated trainer/assessor available throughout the course to provide support whenever you need it.
The Diploma of Business is self-paced, so you can enrol at any time and study around work, family, or other commitments. While the average completion time is around 14 months, your actual duration depends on the time you dedicate and your existing skills.
Students receiving study benefits from Centrelink (education on supplement) will be obligated to complete the course in 28 weeks (full-time) or 56 weeks (part-time). Students who complete the course as part of a traineeship will have 12 months full-time or 2 years part-time.
The Diploma of Business is a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). On successful completion, you’ll receive a Statement of Attainment for the following 12 accredited units of competency.

Sales Manager - responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, including setting sales targets, training team members, and developing sales strategies.
There are no formal entry requirements to enrol in this course; however, students should have:
basic computer skills and access to the internet
sufficient language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills to complete assessments, and;
